TUMAINI UNIVERSITY MAKUMIRA (TUMA) 
FIRST LIST OF ADMITTED STUDENTS INTO VARIOUS PROGRAMMES AT (TUMA) 2012- 2013 INTAKE
1. The candidates listed below have been awarded admission to TUMA for the 2012/13 academic year. The orientation week for first year students starts on 01st October 2012.

2. Accommodation on campus is limited. The available accommodation will be allocated upon arrival on first come first served basis and payment of TShs 150,000 per semester. Students are strongly advised to make prior arrangements for accommodation in the university campus neighbourhood.

3. Candidates should also note that registration is subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
i) Presentation of the original certificates and transcripts for authentication
ii) Payment of 600,000 TShs for Education candidates and 500,000 TShs for the rest of the undergraduate programmes being part of the tuition fee for the first semester.
iii) Presentation of medical examination form dully filled in by a qualified medical doctor.
iv) Presentation of a valid and recognised medical insurance or payment of Tshs 100,000 for University Medical Insurance.

4. Candidates for the M.Ed and LL.M degree programmes listed below should adhere to items 2 and 3 noting that for item 3 (ii) payments will be of Tshs1,500,000 to cover tuition fee for the first semester.

ALL UDOM STUDENTS (FIRST YEAR AND CONTINUING STUDENTS)ARE REQUIREDTO PAY TUITION FEES AND DIRECT COSTS FOR THE 2012/2013 ACADEMIC YEAR BY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2012.STUDENTS WHO WILL FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR 2012/2013 ACADEMIC YEAR, WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON SECOND WEEK OF OCTOBER 2012.

CONTINUING STUDENTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THEIR DUES BY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2012.   STUDENTS SHOULD COME WITH THEIR BANK DEPOSIT SLIPS ON REPORTING.

EXPECTED GRADUANDS (UNDERGRADUATES AND POST GRADUATE) WHO HAVE OUTSTANDING BALANCES IN RESPECT OF TUITION FEE AND DIRECT COSTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GRADUATE UNTIL THEY PAY THEIR DUES. BY THIS NOTICE ALL EXPECTED GRADUANDS WITH
